11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (both days) | The Pay What You Can Thrift Sale by GARAM GLAM is a community-centered initiative focused on making fashion accessible while promoting sustainability and mindful consumption. Attendees will be able to browse a curated selection of clothing, accessories, and unique pieces and pay whatever they are able to afford. This event aims to reduce barriers to self-expression through style, support slow fashion practices, and create an inclusive, welcoming space for the community to connect. 100% of proceeds from the event will be donated to GARAM GLAMS efforts to improve warmth equity and provide education surrounding skin safety for unhoused women and children in Calgary.

Workshop | Therapeutic Body Monk Stretch Method Level 1
This training is designed to teach practitioners how to decrease movement restrictions, apply advanced assisted stretching techniques with intention, and adapt depth and leverage safely to different body types. Students will learn fascial lines and understand the application PNF stretching.
Advanced Thai Stretch techniques using skill, leverage, positioning, technique and controlled pressure to access deeper ranges of motion with confidence
Develop precision, control, and proper body mechanics to deliver effective deep stretching treatments while protecting your own body
Students develop confidence in delivering deep, effective manual assisted stretching treatments while maintaining proper body mechanics, control, and therapeutic presence that is the Therapeutic Body Monk Method.

Healing Through Hoops Comic Book Release | March 6th (6-9pm by RSVP), March 7th (10am-4pm drop in) | An enhanced comic book experience highlighting our newest Your Brain on Sport (YBoS) comic: Healing Through Hoops. The YBoS comic series is a collaboration between John Rattray and his Why So Sad? Campaign, Push To Heal at Hull Services, Dr. Bruce Perry and the Neurosequential Network, Nike Skateboarding, and the Centre for Healing and Justice through Sport. It highlights how sport and movement support regulation, connection, and healing.
