Our Story
In the heart of Ramsay stands NVRLND., a testament to transformation and creativity.
What began as an abandoned hotel, with whispers of stories untold, has been reborn through imagination and determination. Alongside, a bridal boutique, silent and waiting, found new purpose.
Together, they've been converted into a vibrant ecosystem for the arts - NVRLND.
Now home to 26 artist studios and a dynamic event space, NVRLND. serves as a beacon for the arts community, offering a place for creation, collaboration, and celebration.

Empowering artists to build sustainable careers and to challenge traditional systems of art.
Our journey is guided by three key objectives:
Economic Viability: Ensure access to affordable studio and event spaces, fostering economic sustainability within the arts community.
Build Capacity: Create opportunities for artists to enhance their skills, showcase their work, and connect with a broader audience.
Controlled Chaos: Encourage innovation and creativity, embracing the unpredictable yet transformative power of the arts.
