Rent is $425 a month for a single studio. If you would like to share, it is $500 a month.
Damage deposit is one month’s rent.
Occasionally we have other spaces available for rent, these prices vary.

Absolutely and we encourage it! If you feel that your studio is being under-utilized, or are unsure about the costs, sharing is always an option.
When you join the waitlist please specify that you would like to share.

The website fluctuates and we try our best to accommodate with other resources where can.
We approach our waitlist in both a chronological and a curated way, to ensure we have a balance of practices and needs being fulfilled within the space.

All utilities are covered with your rent, including wifi and parking in our lot or side streets. You also have waste removal and recycling bins, and 24 hour access to your studio.

We are a semiprivate studio, that we open to the public for certain events throughout the year.
If you are wising to visit a specific artist, we suggest reaching out to them directly.
We offer group tours on a case-by-case scenario, that can be booked through our contact form.
Otherwise, we only offer studio tours when a studio is available rent.

Our studios are meant for longer term use, and we rent month to month.
We do not request a minimum term of time, but do require a rental lease be signed before moving in.
