She/her
Jill Harrison is a fibre artist with a focus on rug tufting. She’s inspired by nature, colour, and all things silly and cute. Jill’s goal is to create playful art that’s just as fun to touch as it is to look at.
Born and raised in Edmonton, Jill moved to Calgary after completing her Biology degree from the University of Alberta. While she’s always had an interest in creating art, it wasn’t until the pandemic hit and she had time to explore that she discovered the tufting gun and could begin seeing a future in it. Currently her focus is on wall hangings, but she hopes to continue learning and adding to her skillset for a long time to come.
Outside of the studio, Jill can ideally be found at a park, patio, or bakery with a book and/or treat in hand.
